Yes, we charge a standard call-out fee which includes up to 1 hour on-site. Locations beyond 35 miles of our base incur an additional £1 per mile (each way).

Do you carry spare parts?

We stock common parts and can often complete minor repairs during the first visit. For more complex issues, we’ll quote and schedule a return visit.

How much does hot tub relocation cost?

Prices start from £399, depending on access, distance, and whether lifting equipment is required.

Do you provide crane services if needed?

We can arrange crane hire if necessary — this will be quoted separately based on site access.

Do you reconnect and test the hot tub at the new location?

Yes, we offer full reinstallation, refill, and system testing for peace of mind.
