5. Delivery of Hot Tubs

Delivery includes placement to an agreed accessible location only, unless installation is separately agreed.

Electrical connections and commissioning are not included unless expressly stated.

Once a hot tub has been delivered and/or installed, it is considered delivered in full.
6. Risk & Ownership

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once goods are delivered to the agreed location.

Ownership of goods transfers to you once full payment has been received.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
7.1 On Delivery
You must inspect goods upon delivery. Any visible damage or missing items should be:

Reported to the delivery driver where possible, and

Notified to Aurora Spas within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect our ability to resolve the issue.
8. Failed or Missed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or access issues, redelivery charges may apply.

Storage fees may apply if goods cannot be delivered as agreed.
9. Cancellations Before Delivery
Orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. Any costs already incurred (such as transport or handling fees) may be deducted where permitted by law.
